The work
You build under Mettle. Models do the heavy lifting wherever the work is bounded; you own everything that decides how a system holds — architecture, data, security, the calls that matter. Your name goes on them.
You ship to production constantly, across software we own — Letrate, Fintrack, what’s next — and systems we build for clients. Small team, no layers: the distance between you and any decision is one conversation. The tooling is current, the standards are written down, and the work is judged by how it behaves in production — not by hours visible at a desk.
Who does well here
People who care what happens after launch. Who read a model’s output the way they’d review a stranger’s pull request — neither worshipful nor afraid. Who ship, say plainly what’s wrong when something’s wrong, and want their name on things that hold.

A few hours building something real with us, paid. We look at how you actually work, not how you perform under a whiteboard.

A clear yes or no, within 3 business days of the working session. Either way you hear back from us directly.
