The short version
Diversive began with its own products. Building them fast, without letting speed wreck them, is what produced Mettle — the rules got written down because hope kept failing quietly. The products run in production today, serving people every day, and the same system and the same hands now build for clients.
Nothing about that has changed as the work has grown: the products still run, the system still gates every build, and the people who started it are still the ones shipping.

Running software in front of you beats adjectives. If something here needs convincing language to stand up, it isn’t ready. It is why this site points at running products instead of stacking claims.
Speed is a discipline
Fast and careful are not a trade. Done right, they are the same system, working. The rules exist so that moving quickly never has to mean looking away.
Ship what holds
Done means running in production, behaving under load, and easy to change next month — not merely demoed. A demo is a beginning; production behavior is the test that counts.
The people
Diversive is run by the engineers who do the work. There is no layer between the person you talk to and the person who builds — the names on the architecture are the names in the room.
